Thinklab is a Canadian leader in the provision of education and training services. Founded in 2008, Thinklab has a well-established reputation for excellence in the development and delivery of educational content. The team at Thinklab is made up of individuals with wide ranging expertise in the educational and media development space.
Michael Litchfield is an educator, lawyer and management consultant and is the Managing Director of Thinklab Education and Training. Michael holds a variety of academic appointments at the University of Victoria, including as Director of the Business Law Clinic in the Faculty of Law, Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Public Administration and Instructor in the School of Business. In addition to his academic work, Michael has a depth of experience working as a management consultant with a variety of public and private sector organizations on matters ranging from strategic planning to recruitment and continuing professional development.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Laws from the University of Victoria. Michael is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC and Yukon.
Connor Barr is an experienced media, marketing and branding specialist and is the Director of Operations at Thinklab Education and Training. Connor has a background as a successful entrepreneur and is currently a principal in the digital media and marketing agency, Coastal Creative. Connor is a videographer and photographer whose work has been featured in magazines such as Elle, Canadian Cycling and Western Mariner.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Camosun College and a Masters of Global Business from the University of Victoria.
